Shipping
All orders are made-to-order and will be delivered directly from my production partners straight to your door. This helps get your pieces to you faster, without the extra step of them coming to my studio first.
Because they’re sent straight from production, I don’t have full control over packaging or exact delivery times just yet, but as my business grows, my dream is to bring packaging and finishing touches back into my own hands.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way, so you can follow it right to you.

Returns
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please note that as a small business, I am unable to cover the cost of return shipping. You, as the purchaser, are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
Postage prices cannot be refunded unless I made an error with your original order.
